Using Our Whole Selves to Turn and Return

This experiential session will include body-weight strength exercises (push-ups, planks, and lunges, etc.) woven through moments of self-reflection.  As we contemplate teshuva - return and renewal, we will strive to reconnect our physical and spiritual selves.   Please wear comfortable clothes and create enough space on the floor to do push-ups.
